The present invention relates to a closed structure of a tablet press punch and a tablet compression forming device using the same. The closed structure of a tablet press punch comprises: a punch holder provided with a plurality of guide holes formed at regular intervals along a circumferential direction； a punch vertically moving in an axial direction through the guide hole of the punch holder； and a sleeve magnetically coupled to the punch holder to seal the outside of the punch protruding from the guide hole of the punch holder. According to an embodiment of the present invention, the outside of the guide hole and punch is sealed with the sleeve to prevent a lubricating oil and other foreign substances from being added to the powder raw material of the tablet, thereby preventing contamination of the powder raw material, wherein the lubricating oil is supplied for smooth operation of the tablet press punch for compressing a powder raw material fed into a tablet forming hole of a main disk and forming a tablet, and the other foreign substances flows through the guide hole through which the punch passes. Further, the sleeve has a bellows body whose length is variable depending on the operation of the punch such that the operation of the punch is not affected. One end or both ends of the sleeve are magnetically coupled to one end of the punch holder or the punch, thereby enhancing the ease of attachment and detachment of the sleeve and the binding force.
