PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for preparing platelet rich plasma in which, even after blood samples from a patient are stored under the refrigeration condition of less than 10°C for a long time, there is no reduction in the number of collected platelets or an extremely small number even if the number is reduced.SOLUTION: A method for preparing platelet rich plasma of the present invention uses blood to which platelet agglutination inhibitor is added as a raw material.
