PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To exert "an anti-wrinkle effect" by varying magnetism with which fibroblast cells and collagen tissues inside an epidermis are irradiated without damaging the epidermis.SOLUTION: A cosmetic device has a magnetic field generating part 2 which generates a magnetic field M with which fibroblast cells F and collagen tissues C inside an epidermis H are irradiated outside the epidermis H, and the magnetic field generating part 2 emits the magnetic field M while varying it through the epidermis H. The magnetic field generating part 2 includes a case body 3 equipped with a magnetic field generating surface 3a for generating the magnetic field M and a coil 4 embedded in the case body 3. The coil 4 has: a bobbin in which an electric wire is wound on a peripheral surface of a spool part 6 having flange parts 5a, 5b provided on both ends and an iron core 8 fitted into the spool part 6 with one end part 8a protruding from one end side of the bobbin. A magnetic pole hole 9 which the one end part 8a that is protruded of the iron core 8 can enter is formed on the side of the magnetic field generating surface 3a of the case body 3, and the flange part 5a on one end side of the bobbin is brought into contact with an inner surface on the side of the magnetic field generating surface 3a of the case body 3.
