The present invention relates to a heating needle which is a kind of an acupuncture device used in an oriental medicine clinic and a medical institution. The heating needle has an advantage in that one heating needle, which generates heat and electrical stimulus by using resistive electric transfer (RET)-type current conduction characteristics, is used for three purposes of a heating needle purpose, a warming needle purpose, and a common needle. Tapram made of an insulation material which is certified by FDA, colorless, odorless, and harmless to a human body is deposited and coated, with a thickness of 3-10 &mum, on a needle handle, a needle tip, and only a portion of a needle body joined to the needle tip except for 2-6 mm of the needle body. Regardless of depth, thickness, and length of the needle, when high frequency of the method is applied to an affected area through the needle handle, generation of heat and electrical stimulus of the high frequency is prevented as the needle tip and a portion of the needle body except for a portion coming in contact with the needle tip are insulated. Heat and electrical stimulus are generated on the needle tip and the portion of the needle body coming in contact with the needle tip.
