Disclosed are an apparatus and a method for diagnosing a disease by using a representative value of a blood flow between segments. The apparatus includes: an input part to photograph a fluorescent image of a contrast agent inserted into a patient； and a controller to generate a blood flow dynamics image by using the photographed fluorescent image, set the generated blood flow dynamics image into a plurality of segments； calculate parameters from the generated blood flow dynamics image with respect to the set segments； calculate reference values of the blood flow by using the calculated parameter and diagnose a disease by using the reference values of the blood flow selected from the calculated reference values of the blood flow.구획간 혈류 대푯값을 이용한 질병 진단 장치 및 방법을 개시된다. 환자에게 주입된 조영제의 형광 영상을 촬상하는 입력부 및 촬상된 형광 영상을 이용하여 혈류동역학 영상을 생성하고, 생성된 혈류동역학 영상을 복수의 구획으로 설정하며, 설정된 복수의 구획에 대한 혈류동역학 영상에서 파라미터들을 추출하고, 추출된 파라미터들을 이용하여 혈류 대푯값들을 산출하며, 산출된 혈류 대푯값들 중에서 선택된 복수의 혈류 대푯값들을 이용하여 질병 진단을 하는 제어부를 포함할 수 있다.
