PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a composite material for preventing and treating periodontosis, a process for producing the same and a treatment system.SOLUTION: The composite material is obtained by adding to one or more components of components of salivary gland secretions of man and animals, birds, and insects and/or components of silk gland secretion, with L-ascorbic acids, L-proline, and L-glycine so as to keep a definite blending ratio thereof. Even if processed, these natural materials can be used. In other words, the materials as they are and/or an extracted solution obtained by immersing the materials in ethanol and dissolving and heating them and thereafter removing insolubles by filtration and a treated solution obtained by subjecting an aqueous solution of the materials to salting-out and dialysis can be used. Further, even if freeze-dried, these solutions can be used.
