PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a medicine storage case capable of easily changing one kind of medicine storage case from a front close type to a front open type, or vice versa, with simple means.SOLUTION: At the front of a bottom plate 4, a slide guide part 8 having a top face that forms a medicine takeout face 8a gradually inclined from the rear toward the upper front, is projected upward.
