PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a technique for preventing the leakage of a fine particulate chemical, when the fine particulate granular chemical having high flowability is applied with a chemical applicator.SOLUTION: This chemical applicator in which chemical leakage-preventing members B parallel to the axial direction of a delivery roll A is disposed on both the rotation direction front side and the rotation direction rear side of the delivery roll A in states contacting with the delivery roll A is characterized in that the chemical leakage-preventing members B are formed in multiple layers in which brush members e and elastic member f are alternately disposed.
