UTILISATION D'UNE COMPOSITION CONTENANT UN CHÉLATE D'ACIDE AMINÉ FERREUX POUR FABRIQUER UN MÉDICAMENT PERMETTANT DE TRAITER UN DYSFONCTIONNEMENT HÉPATIQUE
The present invention provides a use of a composition containing a ferrous amino acid chelate for the manufacturing of a medicament for treating a dysfunction of liver. The medicament comprises a composition containing an effective amount of a ferrous amino acid chelate and a pharmaceutically acceptable carrier thereof. The present invention proves that application of the composition containing the ferrous amino acid chelate can effectively reduce liver function-related serum biochemical values. For animals whose liver function cannot be improved by long-term administration of S-adenosylmethionine, the liver function thereof can be effectively improved by applying the composition containing the ferrous amino acid chelate of the present invention. Furthermore, the composition containing the ferrous amino acid chelate of the present invention can improve functions of an aged liver.La présente invention concerne l'utilisation d'une composition contenant un chélate d'acide aminé ferreux pour fabriquer un médicament permettant de traiter un dysfonctionnement hépatique. Le médicament comprend une composition contenant une quantité efficace d'un chélate d'acide aminé ferreux et un excipient pharmaceutiquement acceptable de celui-ci. La présente invention prouve que l'application de la composition contenant le chélate d'acide aminé ferreux peut réduire efficacement les valeurs biochimiques sériques liées à la fonction hépatique. Chez les animaux dont la fonction hépatique ne peut pas être améliorée par l'administration à long terme de S-adénosylméthionine, leur fonction hépatique peut être améliorée de manière efficace par l'application de la composition contenant le chélate d'acide aminé ferreux selon la présente invention. En outre, la composition contenant le chélate d'acide aminé ferreux selon la présente invention peut améliorer les fonctions d'un foie âgé.
