PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an air supply/exhaust system of an air layer forming film, facilitating winding by rapidly making air escape in the case of winding an air layer forming film by a roller, and forming an air layer by blowing air when rewinding a roller to wire, or with the progress of film rolling action after wiring, or after wiring.SOLUTION: The air supply/exhaust system is configured such that the free end of an air layer forming film 2 is rolled in a roller 16, the fixed end is fixed with sheet fasteners 3 and 4 by opening an opening part B, an air supply tube 5 is installed at a position along the opening part B, or a position near the inside of an air layer A relative to the opening part B, and an air supply hole 50 is provided on the depth side of the air supply tube 5, and an electric fan 6 blowing air into the air supply tube 5 is installed. When or after developing the air layer forming film 2, the air layer A is swollen by supplying air, and when winding the air layer forming film 2, the air supply tube 5 is deflated to exhaust air from the opening part B.
