The present invention relates to novel functional derivatives of alanine and proline amino acids. The compounds of the present invention have been found to have very good antifungal or fungicidal effects. It was also confirmed that a synergistic effect was exhibited when administered in combination with an existing antifungal preparation. In addition, the compounds of the invention have shown activity against a wide range of fungi. Thus, the compounds of the present invention can be widely used in fields requiring treatment of antifungal or fungicidal preparations against human and animal infectious fungi and phytopathogenic fungi.本発明は、新規のアラニンおよびプロリンアミノ酸の機能的誘導体に関する。本発明の化合物は、非常に優れた抗真菌または殺真菌効果を有するのが確認された。また、既存の抗真菌製剤と併用投与時にシナジー効果を示すのが確認された。それのみならず、本発明の化合物は、広範囲な真菌に対する活性を示した。したがって、本発明の化合物は、人体感染性真菌および動物感染性真菌、および植物病原性真菌に対する抗真菌または殺真菌製剤の処理が必要な分野に広く利用できる。
