PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an emulsion cosmetic which has a natural finish without whitish appearance and powderiness and is excellent in color unevenness-covering power to be a neat and bright finish without a thick finish.SOLUTION: An emulsion cosmetic contains following components (A) and (B): (A) 0.1-40 mass% of iron oxide-coated titanium oxide an average particle diameter of which is 0.05-0.5 μm in which 0.5-5 mass% of iron oxide is contained based on the mass of titanium oxide in the iron oxide-coated titanium oxide and (B) 0.1-10 mass% of tabular powder an average particle diameter of which is 1-50 μm in which chroma C is 10 or more and a hue angle is 120-190° regulated by CIE1976 L*a*b* color system when the powder is evenly coated on a black artificial leather to be 8 mg/100 cm2 and color of a regular reflection (incident light angle 45° and acceptance angle -45°) is measured.SELECTED DRAWING: NoneCOPYRIGHT: (C)2017,JPO&INPIT【課題】自然な仕上りで、白浮きや粉っぽさがなく、色ムラカバー力に優れ、厚ぼったくなく、きれいで明るい仕上りが得られる乳化化粧料の提供。【解決手段】次の成分(A)及び(B):(A)平均粒子径0.05~0.5μmの酸化鉄被覆酸化チタンであって、該酸化鉄被覆酸化チタン中の酸化チタンの質量に対して、酸化鉄を0.5~5質量%含む酸化鉄被覆酸化チタン 0.1~40質量%、(B)平均粒子径が1~50μmの板状粉体であって、該粉体を黒色の人工皮革に8mg/100cm2となるように均一に塗布し、その正反射(入射光角45°、受光角-45°)において測色したとき、CIE1976 L*a*b*表色系で規定する彩度Cが10以上、色相角が120~190°である板状粉体 0.1~10質量%を含有する乳化化粧料。【選択図】なし
