The present invention provides a plucking aid arrangement for tea plucking. The plucking aid arrangement comprises of a silicon rubber cap and a metal blade that covers the fingers of the user at least up to two phalanges. The silicon rubber cap has a hole in the opposite side of the blade for air circulation that also assists in the finger free movement and is easily removable. The blade helps in the efficient removal of young and growing shoots comprising the apical bud and the two internodes immediately below it, which constitute the crop in tea.
