One aspect of the invention relates to a delivery device for spraying a medicament product as a series of sprays. The delivery device includes a spray device and a cartridge. The spray device includes a pump and the cartridge includes a vial and a plunger. The vial bounds in part a chamber in which is located a piston. The piston divides the chamber of the vial into a first part in which a medicament product is located and a second part which is open to atmosphere. When the spray device is connected to the vial, a dosage flow path is established between the first part of the chamber and an outlet of the pump. The plunger is arranged to be received in the vial and is operable by a user so that actuation of the plunger primes the pump by forcing air within the dosage flow path out of the outlet. That air is replaced with medicament product from the first part of the chamber. Thereafter, when the pump is operated, the piston is drawn along the chamber forcing medicament to move along the dosage flow path and out of the outlet of the pump.
