PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable a caretaker to perform nursing care, bed-bath and diaper change by transferring a person requiring nursing care from his bed to a body mounting table which includes: vertical posts supported by wheels in four corners arranged at the bottom of the vertical posts horizontal posts for reinforcement attached to the vertical posts and body supports, leg supports and head supports attached to it by hinges respectively.SOLUTION: The body mounting table comprises: right and left body support bases 1a and 1b the body supports 1c and 1d which are attached to the body support bases 1a and 1b by hinges 4 the leg supports 2a and 2b and the head supports 3a and 3b which are attached to the body supports 1c and 1d by hinges respectively the vertical posts in four corners and the wheels 6 which are arranged at the bottom of the vertical posts for supporting them. The right and left pairs of body supports 1c and 1d attached to the body support bases 1a and 1b, and the leg supports 2a and 2b and head supports 3a and 3b are joined by the hinges 4 so that they can be opened and closed. An open hip part 8 formed of the right and left body supports 1c and 1d and leg supports 2a and 2b are arranged. The person in serious condition requiring nursing care can be transferred from his bed to the body mounting table so that he can take a bed-bath, his back can be washed and his diaper can be changed.COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT【課題】縦支柱下部に設けた四角のキャスターで支柱を支え、縦支柱に横支柱を取り付けて補強をし、胴体受、脚受、頭受を蝶番で取り付けた胴体載台において、要介護者をベッド上から胴体載台上に移動して、介護者による介護清拭オムツ替えを可能とする。【解決手段】 左右の胴体受基部1a,1bに胴体受1c,1dを、その胴体受に脚受2a,2b及び頭受3a,3bをそれぞれに蝶番4で取り付けて四角の縦支柱下部にキャスター6を設けて支柱を支えるようにした胴体載台において、胴体受基部に取り付けた左右で一対の胴体受1c,1dと脚受2a,2bと頭受3a,3bを開閉可能に蝶番4で取り付けて、左右の胴体受と脚受とで形成される開口臀部8を設け、重度の要介護者をベッド上から胴体載台上に移動させて該開口臀部より清拭とお尻の洗浄とオムツ替えの儀式をさせることが出来るようにした。【選択図】図1
