The present invention discloses a crosslinked cyclic compound represented by formula (I), or a stereoisomer, geometric isomer, tautomer, nitrogen oxide, hydrate, solvate, metabolite, pharmaceutically acceptable salt or prodrug thereof. The compounds may be used to treat hepatitis C virus (HCV) infection or hepatitis C disease.
