PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a water jet surgical device which can reduce problems resulting from inflow of cutting fluid by improving monitoring when it is used in the body cavity for an endoscope surgery.SOLUTION: The water jet surgical device can be controlled by control signals from a controlling device 30 and has a fluid feed device 10 which sends fluid to a connection line 21 of a surgical instrument 20 having an exit nozzle 22. The water jet surgical device is installed with at least one of measuring devices 41, 42, 43 and is configured so that the measuring device can generate a measurement signal to display the amount of the supplied fluid or show the same in a recording unit 31 if it is connected with the fluid feed device.【課題】内視鏡手術のために、体腔内において使用される場合、モニタリングを改良して切断流体の流入に起因する問題を低減させることができる水ジェット手術装置を提供する。【解決手段】水ジェット手術装置は制御装置３０からの制御信号により制御可能であり、出口ノズル２２を有する手術器具２０の接続ライン２１に流体を送る流体供給装置１０を備える。水ジェット手術装置には少なくとも１つの測定装置４１，４２，４３が設けられており、流体供給装置を接続すると、当該測定装置が、供給された流体の量を表示ないし記録ユニット３１に表す測定信号を生成するように構成されている。【選択図】図１
