PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a rice seedling mat with a sheet which enables proper aligned planting by correctly scraping rice seedlings and correctly planting them in a paddy field after scraping. SOLUTION: In order to prevent corrosion by water in a seedling mat with a sheet for planting at the rear end, wax or the like, which is a water resistant material that can be crushed by a transplanting claw of a rice transplanter, is soaked in water at the rear end sheet. A rice seedling mat with a sheet for water-resistant planting at the end, in which a root mat 13 such as a lump is formed on the bottom surface of the front end of the corresponding seedling mat by coating and immersing the front and back parts.
