PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To appropriately register, in registration of incident information which is generated according to a call-out of nurse call, a basic call-out of nurse call of an incident without a medical workers effort while preventing erroneous registration operation.
SOLUTION: A nurse call slave machine 1 provided with a call-out operation unit 3 for calling out a medical employee and a registration operation device 5 for registering an incident caused by a nursing action associated with operation of the call-out operation unit 3 are installed in the vicinity of a bed of a hospital room. When a call-out is performed in the nurse call slave machine 1, the registration operation device 5 paired with this nurse call slave machine 1 is validated only for a predetermined time. When the registration operation device 5 is operated in this state, identification information of the nurse call slave machine 1 is associated with at least one of call-out date and hour information showing the operation date and hour of the call operation unit 5 and registration date and hour information showing the operation date and hour of the registration operation device 5 and stored as the incident information.
