The present disclosure relates to a medical instrument for inserting a thread which inserts a lifting thread into a human body, wherein the lifting thread is formed in a cylinder type thread having an opening therein in a longitudinal direction, and a cutting groove is formed in the cylinder type thread in a zigzag manner such that the thread can expand and contract. According to one embodiment of the present disclosure, the medical instrument for inserting the thread comprises: an insertion needle which is expanded in a longitudinal direction and has a tip end configured to be inserted into a human body； a handle which is coupled to a rear end of the insertion needle such that a user can hold the same； and a thread which is inserted with the insertion needle.
