The present invention relates to a method for manufacturing a cosmetic container and a cosmetic container by the same. The method for manufacturing a cosmetic container comprises: step (a) for injection molding as a cosmetic container by inputting a mixture to an injection molding device after a first antimicrobial composition is mixed with a synthetic resin； step (b) for coating the outer surface of the injection molded cosmetic container with a base coating solution including a sunscreen agent； step (c) for vacuum depositing aluminum in the base coated coating layer； and step (d) for coating the vacuum deposited deposition layer with a UV coating liquid including a second antimicrobial composition and a sunscreen agent. The present invention has the advantage of manufacturing a cosmetic container having excellent antimicrobial and UV barrier properties to exclude the use of a preservative, an anti-discolorant, and the like inside a cosmetic composition.본 발명은 화장품 용기의 제조방법 및 그 방법에 의한 화장품 용기에 관한 것으로, 더욱 상세하게는 (a) 합성수지에 제 1 항균 조성물을 혼합한 후, 상기 혼합물을 사출성형기에 투입하여 화장품 용기로 사출 성형하는 단계와； (b) 상기 사출 성형된 화장품 용기의 외면을 자외선 차단제를 포함하는 베이스 코팅액으로 코팅하는 단계와； (c) 상기 베이스 코팅된 코팅층에 알루미늄을 진공증착하는 단계와； (d) 상기 진공증착된 증착층을 제 2 항균 조성물 및 자외선 차단제를 포함하는 UV 코팅액으로 코팅하는 단계；를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 한다. 본 발명에 의하면, 항균성 및 자외선 차단성이 우수한 화장품 용기를 제조할 수 있어, 화장료 조성물 내 방부제, 변색 방지제 등의 사용을 배제할 수 있도록 하는 장점이 있다.
