Described is a cream of topic application, for the face, neck and hands, which regenerates the skin and reduces wrinkles and hyperpigmentation. The oily ingredients of the composition are: Cetyl alcohol, almond oil, grape seed oil, lanoline, stearic acid, vitamin E and propylparaben. The aqueous components are: Methylparaben, glycerine, water of roses, aqueous solution of the methanolic extract resulting from the aerial part of Echeveria gigantea and trietanolamine. The components are combined and heated. The preparation is cooled until reaching a room temperature and then is ready to be topically applied. It may be used during the day and night and as a makeup base.Se presenta una crema de aplicación tópica para cara, cuello y manos que regenera la piel, y reduce las arrugas y la hiperpigmentación. Los ingredientes oleosos de la composición incluyen a: alcohol cetilico, aceite de almendras, aceite de semillas de uva, lanolina, ácido esteárico, vitamina E y propil parabeno. Los componentes acuosos, incluyen a: metil parabeno, glicerina, agua de rosas, solución acuosa del extracto metanólico de la parte aérea de Echeveria gigantea y trietanolamina. Se combinan y calientan los componentes. La preparación se deja enfriar hasta temperatura ambiente y queda lista para su aplicación tópica. Su uso es de día y de noche o como base de maquillaje.
