PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a covered stent and the like which is strongly integrated.SOLUTION: An interposing membrane 11 in the covered stent 19 is a flexible cylindrical membrane interposed between outside a first stent ST1 and inside a second stent ST2, and a gusset portion 11P caused by bringing their own insides 11N close to each other is wound in the cylindrical circumferntial direction. Since the wound part of the gusset portion increases the thickness of the interposing membrane sandwiched between the first stent and the second stent, the gusset portion and the interposing membrane other than the gusset portion bite into each other.
