A shell (805) is provided around the outside of the liquid container (801). A flow path (806) is defined between the liquid container (801) and the shell (805). The liquid exiting the container (801) is in at least one form of vapor and aerosol, passes through the flow path (806), passes through the receiving part (803), and is stored in the receiving part (803).
