摘要：: The present invention provides a therapeutic agent or a preventative agent containing anti-VDAC antibody for diseases in which there is increased activation of osteoclasts, such as rheumatoid arthritis, and an inhibitor of human osteoclast formation containing anti-VDAC antibody.La présente invention concerne un agent thérapeutique ou un agent préventif contenant un anti-VDAC anticorps pour des maladies dans lesquelles il y une activation accrue des ostéoclastes, telles que la polyarthrite rhumatoïde, et un inhibiteur de formation d'ostéoclastes humains contenant un anti-VDAC anticorps.本発明により、抗VDAC抗体を含有する関節リウマチ等、破骨細胞の活性化が亢進している疾患の治療剤又は予防剤及び抗VDAC抗体を含有するヒト破骨細胞形成抑制剤を提供する。
