PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a sterilization tray which allows a resin container to be satisfactorily sterilized with steam or hot water, with prevention of deformation of the resin container and a wet heat sterilization method.SOLUTION: A sterilization tray 20 includes a tray body 22 and a pressure applying member 24 movable in the vertical direction to the tray body 22. The bottom of the tray body 22 includes a punching plate through which high-pressure steam or hot water passes during wet heat sterilization, and the frame 24a of the pressure applying member 24 includes a porous member through which steam or hot water passes. When a plurality of sterilization trays 20 are stacked in a state that the resin container (multi-chamber container) 1 is placed on the sterilization tray 20, the pressure applying member 24 of the sterilization tray 20 on the upper side applies pressure to the peripheral part of a vacant chamber part 1b of the resin container 1, so that deformation of the resin container 1 can be prevented during wet heat sterilization.【課題】蒸気又は熱水により樹脂容器を良好に滅菌することができ、かつ樹脂容器の変形を防止することができる滅菌用トレイ及び湿熱滅菌方法を提供する。【解決手段】滅菌用トレイ20は、トレイ本体22と、トレイ本体22に鉛直方向に移動可能な加圧部材24とから構成されている。トレイ本体22の底部は、湿熱滅菌時に高圧蒸気又は熱水が通過するパンチング板により構成され、加圧部材24の枠体24aは、蒸気又は熱水が通過する多孔質部材により構成されている。樹脂容器(複室容器)1が滅菌用トレイ20に載置された状態で、複数の滅菌用トレイ20を積み重ねると、上側の滅菌用トレイ20の加圧部材24により、樹脂容器1の空室部1bの周縁部が加圧され、湿熱滅菌時に樹脂容器1の変形を防止することができる。【選択図】 図7
