PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an endoscope device for measurement, the device being able to prevent degradation in measurement accuracy.
SOLUTION: During measurement, an alignment mark extracting section 18j extracts the shape of an alignment mark from an image of an image processing area, selected from images based on image data. A mask position computing section 18h creates mask position information based on information of the alignment mark. A deformation correction table computing section 18i performs re-calculation for the deformation correction table based on the created mask position information. The deformation correction table created by the deformation correction table computing section 18i is stored in a storage section 18f as part of environmental data by a control section 18a.
