A composition for injection comprising docetaxel and polysorbate 80, wherein the mass ratio between docetaxel and polysorbate 80 is 1 : 26.75. The preparation method of the composition is as follows: 1) formulating the stock solution by adding polysorbate 80 to a tank and then adding absolute ethanol slowly with stirring until the density of the stock solution being 0.886~0.896g/ml 2) dissolving docetaxel in the stock solution 3) the resulted solution being filtered and distributed in sterile condition and then vacuum drying to remove the ethanol.Linvention concerne une composition dinjection comprenant du docétaxel et du polysorbate 80, le rapport en masse entre le docétaxel et le polysorbate 80 étant de 1 : 26,75. Le procédé de préparation de la composition consiste : 1) à formuler une solution mère par ajout de polysorbate 80 dans un réservoir, puis ajout lent déthanol absolu par agitation jusquà ce que la densité de la solution mère soit 0,886 à 0,896g/ml 2) à dissoudre le docétaxel dans la solution mère 3) la solution résultante étant filtrée et distribuée en condition stérile puis séchée sous vide pour éliminer léthanol.
