According to the present invention, it is possible to manufacture a blood-collecting apparatus in which a plurality of lancets are coupled to a drum and formed to be extracted from and introduced into the drum, thereby achieving automatic use of the lancets without the need for replacing the lancets one by one, and when the lancets are used while being coupled to a multi-lancet driving apparatus, a cartridge having the plurality of lancets accommodated therein can be repeatedly rotated through forward and backward motion of a cam plate connected to an index lever, thereby easily achieving an operating mechanism for sequentially using the lancets. In addition, according to the present invention, as the cam plate which may be brought close to a base plate slides in the forward and backward directions along the Y axis, lancet movement is made to extract/introduce the lancets from/into the cartridge so that the lancets can be automatically used and the thickness of the entire apparatus can be made small, thereby manufacturing a compact blood-colleting apparatus.
