PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electrophysiological study apparatus, even when an electrode is disconnected when acquiring an intracardiac electrocardiogram using multiple electrodes, capable of easily specifying the disconnected electrode.SOLUTION: The electrophysiological study apparatus includes: an offset application part for pulling up at least one of a plurality of electrodes placed at prescribed positions in the heart and pulling down at least one thereof and a conduction determination part for determining potentials of the electrodes with a threshold and determining conduction of the electrodes.
