The power generator converts kinetic energy into electric energy. The charger stores the electric energy generated from the power generator. The sterilizer converts feed water into sterilized water based on electrolysis using the electric energy. The conduit supplies feed water or sterilized water to users. The conduit is branched. One of the branched conduit is expanded to a first water draining pipe(2) with a first valve(3).
