The present invention relates to a method for diagnosing a musculoskeletal system, and more specifically, to a method for diagnosing a musculoskeletal system of a subject by analyzing an image photographed from a front and a side of the subject. To this end, according to the present invention, the method for diagnosing the musculoskeletal system includes the steps of: obtaining a photographed image including a frontal image and a lateral image of a subject recognizing a body landmark of the subject by analyzing the photographed image generating angle information including a cervical vertebra angle, a thoracic vertebra angle, and a lumbar angle of the subject by analyzing the body landmark and generating abnormal muscle information for muscles that are abnormal or are at risk for being abnormal based on the angle information.본 발명은 근골격계 진단 방법에 관한 것이고, 보다 상세하게 대상자의 정면 및 측면에 대한 촬영 이미지를 분석함으로써, 대상자의 근골격계를 진단할 수 있는 방법에 관한 것이다. 이를 위한 본 발명의 근골격계 진단 방법은 대상자의 정면 이미지 및 측면 이미지를 포함하는 촬영 이미지를 획득하는 단계 촬영 이미지를 분석함으로써, 대상자의 신체 랜드마크를 인식하는 단계 신체 랜드마크를 분석함으로써 대상자의 경추각, 흉추각 및 요추각을 포함하는 각도 정보를 생성하는 단계 및 각도 정보를 근거로 이상이 있거나, 이상 위험이 있는 근육들에 대한 이상 근육 정보를 생성하는 단계를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 한다.
