PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a pharmaceutical composition which is used for an anti-HCV therapy reducing an HCV infecting dose.SOLUTION: The pharmaceutical composition includes, as an active constituent: a compound represented by formula (I) (wherein, R1 and R2 respectively independently denote a saturated or unsaturated cyclic group having 3 to 11 members which may have a substituent or a 1 to 6C linear or branched hydrocarbon group having the cyclic group) or their pharmaceutically allowable salts.
