A module for detecting electrical signal from body skin is disclosed. The module can be detachably fastened on the fabric for touching the body skin. The module includes a hydrophobic carrier, a stereoscopic fabric electrode, and a conducting device. The stereoscopic fabric electrode is disposed on the hydrophobic carrier and includes a moisture retention fiber layer, and plural conductive structures and pressing structures formed on opposite sides of the moisture retention fiber layer, in which the stereoscopic fabric electrode touches the hydrophobic carrier and touches body skin with the conductive structures.
