The plant light apparatus further includes a plurality of sets of main light sources (152, 154, 156, 158, 252, 254, 256, 258), where the sets of the main light sources are respectively located on a plurality of corners of the emitting region, such that and an illuminance intensity of the planting region obtained from the main light sources is within a predefined luminance intensity interval.
