A device includes an adaptor (26) having a housing section (40) configured to fit directly onto a sheath (38) of a molar band (22) and a tube section (28) having an elongated bore. The device also includes a pin (30) having a head portion (35) and a tail portion (31), where the tail portion (31) is slidably mounted into the elongated bore of the tube section (28). The head portion (35) of the pin (30) is adapted to slide into the sheath (38) to thereby detachably lock the adaptor (26) to the molar band (22).Linvention concerne des dispositifs permettant dexercer des forces orthodontiques.
