An object of the present invention is to provide a method for producing an aldehyde-based gas deodorant having a high aldehyde deodorizing performance and excellent mutagenicity and a deodorized processed product. The said subject is a process of preparing the deodorizing composition containing a dihydrazide compound, a hydrous inorganic powder, and water, and making the said deodorizing composition to the temperature of 45 degreeC or more and 90 degrees C or less so that water may remain 4.5 mass% or more in the whole deodorant. Including the process of heating, it was achieved by the manufacturing method of the aldehyde type gas deodorant which is negative in mutagenicity by the AMES test. Furthermore, the deodorant processed product which post-processed the deodorant manufactured by this manufacturing method is also provided.본 발명의 과제는 알데히드 소취 성능이 높고, 변이원성이 음성인 안전성이 우수한 알데히드계 가스 소취제의 제조 방법 및 소취 가공 제품을 제공하는 것이다.상기 과제는 디하이드라지드 화합물과 함수 무기질 분체와 물을 함유하는 소취 조성물을 조제하는 공정, 및, 소취제 전체 중에서 수분이 4.5 질량％ 이상 잔존하도록 상기 소취 조성물을 45 ℃ 이상 90 ℃ 이하의 온도로 가열하는 공정을 포함하고, AMES 시험에 의한 변이원성이 음성인 알데히드계 가스 소취제의 제조 방법에 의해 달성되었다. 또한 이 제조 방법에 의해 제조된 소취제를 후 가공한 소취 가공 제품도 제공된다.
