Disclosed is a sprout growing device. The sprout growing device according to the present invention comprises: a drum member formed in a disc drum shape capable of containing a seed therein, having a cover installed at one side to be opened and closed, and having a ventilation hole penetrated at the other side thereof a decelerating gear and a driving motor unit which rotate a drum and a driving axis penetrating the center of the drum member a rotation support for supporting both sides of the driving axis and a container for storing growing water at the bottom end of the drum member. According to the present invention, high temperature steam which has been used in a conventional seedling growing method is not used, and thus damage to a seed is prevented. A high pressure spray nozzle which has been used to supply water in another prior art which is rotation cylinder-type growing device is not used in the present invention, and thus production and operation costs of the same facility can be saved.
