PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a pharmaceutical composition for preventing cancer and cancer metastasis by targeting an intracellular oncoprotein by vaccination.SOLUTION: According to the present invention, there is provided a pharmaceutical composition comprising a polypeptide having 10-150 amino acids, preferably 10-100 amino acids, which is a fragment of an intracellular oncoprotein protein selected from PRL3, PRL-1, VHZ, Her2, estrogen receptor (ER), HBV protein, and HBV X protein and stimulates the production of anti-intracellular oncoprotein antibodies. According to the present invention, there is also provided a pharmaceutical composition in which a polypeptide comprises a plurality of fragments, the composition comprising a plurality of fragments originated from the same tumor or a plurality of fragments originated from two or more neoplastic proteins.
