A mouthwash handle (100) for receiving an oral hygiene agent is described. The handle (100) may be connected to a tabletop mouthwash or may be part of a handheld mouthwash (10). The handle includes a chamber (124) for receiving an oral hygiene agent, the chamber body positioned within the flow path of the handle. The fluid flowing into the handle flows into the chamber, allowing the fluids to intermix with the drug and then out of the chamber to the tip connected to the handle (100).
