A novel strain, a bacteroides vulgatus SNUG40005 strain of the present invention, is required for maintaining Akkermansia muciniphila, anti-obesity bacteria and forms and retains a healthy microorganism group to have an ability of symbiotic Bacteroides species preventing obesity and immune and metabolic dysfunctions. In addition, the Bacteroides vulgatus SNUG40005 strain can reduce expression of IL-12 receptors and ILC cells expressing IL-12 receptors and provide a rapid restoration of structures and metabolite profiles of intestinal microorganisms as well as regulatory T cells and type-2 innate lymphoid cell immunity, thereby being used in a composition for preventing, treating or improving metabolic diseases including obesity.본 발명의 신규한 균주 박테로이드 불가투스(Bacteroides vulgatus) SNUG40005 균주는 항비만 박테리아 Akkermansia muciniphila를 유지하는 데 필수적이며, 건강한 미생물 군집을 형성하고 유지함으로써 비만과 면역대사성 기능장애를 예방하는 공생 Bacteroides 종의 능력을 나타낸다. 또한, 박테로이드 불가투스(Bacteroides vulgatus) SNUG40005 균주는 IL-12 수용체 발현 및 IL-12 수용체를 발현하는 ILC세포를 감소시킬 수 있으며,조절성 T 세포 및 타입-2 선천성 림프성 세포 면역뿐만 아니라 장내 미생물의 구조 및 대사 산물 프로파일의 빠른 회복을 수반하므로, 비만을 포함한 대사성 질환의 예방,치료 또는 개선용 조성물로 활용될 수 있다.
