PURPOSE: An air cooling and heating film and a manufacturing method thereof are provided to remove the necessity of installing a separate air cooling and heating facility in a greenhouse. CONSTITUTION: An air cooling and heating film(100) contains an anionic plastic sheet(110) and a phase change material(120). The anionic plastic sheet contains mineral powder and synthetic resins, and formed with more than two layers. The phase change material is a liquid material containing ethyl alcohol and mineral powder, and is located in between the layers of the anionic plastic sheet. The anionic plastic sheet includes first and second anionic plastic sheet materials(111, 113) with more than one storage space. The mineral powder is obtained from materials selected from silicon dioxide, sodium, magnesium, tourmaline, and molybdenum, and has the particle size greater than 5,000 meshes.본 발명은 상변화물질을 통해 냉, 난방효과를 향상시키고 내구성을 향상시킬 수 있을 뿐만 아니라, 음이온과 원적외선의 방출로 인하여 작물의 생장을 촉진시킬 수 있도록 하는 냉난방 필름 및 이의 제조방법에 관한 것으로, 광석분말과 합성수지를 포함하며, 2겹 이상으로 적층되어 접합하는 음이온 비닐； 및 에틸알코올에 광석분말을 혼합한 액상으로 이루어지며, 상기 음이온 비닐 사이에 구비되는 상변화물질(PCM)을 포함한다.
