PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problems that when left-over water remains in a cup prevents water supply, since a peak value waveform is different from normal one when placing an empty cup, malfunction due to disturbance (electric disturbance or pulse wave such as vibration) may take place, and ways of placing a cup are varied among individuals and it is difficult to determine the peak value waveform when placing a cup normally.SOLUTION: This method for automatically supplying water to the cup includes detecting the weight of the cup placed on a cup stand by a strain gage sensor, previously setting the amount of water to be supplied to the cup by the length of time, and when the cup is placed on the cup stand, supplying water by a preset time by a timer.COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT【課題】 飲み残しの水がコップに残っている場合には、空のコップを置いた場合の正常なピーク値波形が異なるため給水を開始することができず、また、外乱(電気的、振動等のパルス波形)による誤動作も考えられ、さらに、個々人のコップの起き方は様々であって正常なコップが置かれた際のピーク値波形を決定することが困難であるといった問題があった。【解決手段】 歪みゲージセンサによりコップ置き台に載置されたコップの重量を検出し、該コップに供給可能な水量を予め時間で設定し、前記コップがコップ置き台に載置されると前記予め設定された時間分だけタイマーにて水の供給が行われるようにしたことを特徴とする自動コップ給水方法である。【選択図】 図2
