The present invention relates to a gap-adjustable branch holder, in which a single movable branch support member and a plurality of branch support members having release-prevention members thereon are formed at uniform intervals on one side of a main body of a branch holder, and a plurality of branch insertion gaps are exposed to one side so that branches can be inserted therein. A branch of fruit trees or vegetables is passed through the branch support members fixed at the uniform intervals and the movable branch support member, up and down in a zig-zagging manner, with the branch inserted in the branch insertion gap of the branch holder, such that the branch inserted in the branch insertion gaps is trapped by the branch support members. By inserting the branch of trees or vegetables in the branch support members and adjusting the angle and width of the branch to a desired degree, the present invention can improve workability, shorten working time, improve work efficiency, and reduce the cost of labour (production cost). Also, the present invention can be easily retrieved and reused. Since the branch support member can be selectively adjusted depending on the length and angle of the branch, branches of any size and thickness can be guided. The branch holder can be easily attached or removed, thus being easy to use, and can guide the branches of fruit trees and vegetables in a desired angle by securely fixing the branches.
