The present invention consists in a special fuselage for an unmanned aerial vehicle, which includes instrumentation and methods specially integrated for performing an intelligent seeding of particles of micro and nanometric materials in the atmospheric clouds. The materials in the form of particles are compounds of hygroscopic nature such as Sodium Chloride, silver iodide, potassium chloride and compounds of similar chemical properties intended to from cores for inducing rain, snow, hail and sleet. This fuselage of unmanned aerial vehicle is able to acquire accurate data for identifying the conditions of temperature, humidity, barometric pressure, altitude, GPS positioning, visual registry in 3D and wind speed in real time in the inner portion of the atmospheric clouds by means of an unmanned safe aerial vehicle. Along with the atmospheric measurement system in real time and in situ and a communication system, a working meteorological equipment would acquire the capacity to decide wit h intelligence whether or not to apply processes for seeding particles in specific places of the clouds with the purpose of forming rain, snow, hail or sleet cores. The common applications of this device include the condensation of fog in airports, highways and further environments where the loss of visibility represents a risk.
