PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for preparing a nonwoven fabric film for topical application on the skin. SOLUTION: A solution of one or more biocompatible polymers in a suitable solvent system is prepared, the solution is electrospun, and at the same time, a solution of an activator in a suitable solvent system is sprayed for an appropriate time. A method for preparing a non-woven fabric film, which comprises obtaining a non-woven fabric film containing the activator in an amount of 25% by weight to 80% by weight based on the total weight of the non-woven fabric film.
