This invention is related to a hydrophilic composition for makeup removing, at least including bee wax with 1~3.5 percentage of weight, JOJOBA oil with 45 ~56 percentage of weight, chestnut oil with 0.05~0.25 percentage of weight, evening primrose oil with 0.1~0.4 percentage of weight, grape seed oil with 0.1 ~0.4 percentage of weight, palm oil with 0.1~0.4%. The above mentioned ingredients are under water bath and heated up to 90℃ with stirring to be dissolved completely. Furthermore, water with 42~50 percentage of weight and lecithin with 0.5~2.5 percentage of weight are heated up to 90℃ with stirring to be dissolved completely. The above mentioned 2 mixtures are mixed and stirred with high speed for emulsion. The emulsified mixture is cooled down to 40 ℃ , then adding cucumber extract with 0.05 ~ 0.25 percentage of weight, papaya enzyme with 0.05~0.25 percentage of weight and aloe extract with0.05~0.25 percentage of weight. Thereafter, the overall mixture is stirred for additional 20 minutes to accomplish the said invention.本發明乃係有關一種親水性卸妝組成物,其中包括依重量百分比將蜜蠟1~3.5%、JOJOBA油45~56%、榛果核油0.05~0.25%、月見草油0.1~0.4%、葡萄籽油0.1~0.4%、棕櫚油0.1~0.4%隔水加熱至90度C並攪拌至完全溶解,再將蒸餾水42~50%及卵磷脂0.5~2.5%加熱至90度C並攪拌至完全溶解,並將其倒入前述步驟溶解物中高速乳化,並使用冷卻水降溫至40度C左右,然後將小黃瓜萃取液0.05~0.25%、木瓜酵素0.05~0.25%及蘆薈萃取物0.05~0.25%取液倒入慢速攪拌約20分鐘,即完成本發明。
