Disclosed are a dual coupler device, a spectroscope including the dual coupler device, and a non-invasive biometric sensor including the spectroscope for receiving lights with different polarized component. According to an embodiment, for example, the dual coupler device may include a first coupler layer to receive the light of p-polarized component, and a second coupler layer to receive the light of s-polarized component.
