Provided herein are methods of conjugating an agent to a first polypeptide, wherein the first polypeptide comprises at least one lysine. The lysine may have a pKa of less than 10.53. The method may include contacting the first polypeptide with sortase A (SrtA) and at least one agent conjugated to a second polypeptide, wherein the first polypeptide comprises at least one lysine, wherein the second polypeptide comprises an amino acid sequence consisting of LPXZG (SEQ ID NO: 72) wherein X and Z are independently any amino acid, and wherein the ε-amino group of the lysine of the first polypeptide and the Z amino acid of LPXZG (SEQ ID NO: 72) form an isopeptide bond to conjugate the agent to the first polypeptide, thereby forming an agent-first polypeptide conjugate.La présente invention concerne des procédés de conjugaison d'un agent à un premier polypeptide, le premier polypeptide comprenant au moins une lysine.
