Provided are compounds described by the Formula I:wherein: R1 is a linear or branched, saturated or unsaturated aliphatic group having from 5 to 22 carbon atoms； R2 is selected from the group consisting of the functional groups: -NH2； and salts therer of； n is from 0 to 4； and R3 is a linear or branched, saturated or unsaturated aliphatic group having from 1 to 6 carbon atoms.
